IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SITE 09/02: We are having MAJOR technical difficulties with x-cart and our inventory. Something completely went wonky on our LAST CALL sale, and is still doing odd things. The inventory counter is not working. We are trying to fix this. I am doing my best in getting the site fixed and running asap, however, I am going to NYC for a "Green Packaging" conference tomorrow so it may take a couple of days to work out the problems. We hope to have the shop up as soon as I return from NYC on Mon night.
LOLITAS
Lolita sets are NOW AVAILABLE!! Lolita sets have shipping included in the price and you can order multiple sets at once. We will be restocking the sets every few days so if your desired set is sold out, check back soon!

CoolPacks:
You will want to purchase a coolpack until the weather cools off about Mid September if you are ordering the following items. We are not responsible for melted items if a coolpack is not purchased for the following items. We will not offer replacements on heat damaged items if you do not get a cool pack for the suggested items. If your order does not contain these items then there is no need to purchase a coolpack:
After Sept 22nd theer will be no need for coolpacks.

SCRUB SUNDAE BAR - Our scrub bar will be available through Aug 10th. Orders placed Aug 10th will begin being processed after Aug 20th.
CP STAFF BACK TO SCHOOL - As the summer comes to a close, our amazing full time summer staff will be going back to university. We are hiring some new staff to fill the hours, but we appreciate your patience during their training and throughout this transition.
Paypal and Shipping:
You may notice that you no longer have a "shipping" address option when placing an order. You will need to update your settings for this to display. Whatever address you currently have set as your shipping address will not work. Please select modify and save before ordering, or make sure your Paypal settings are correct at time of purchase.
All CnS labels are printed directly from Paypal, meaning whatever address is attached to your Paypal is the address the order is shipped to. We are unable to edit an address under any circumstances. Editing an address voids CocoaPink's seller protection as per Paypal's policy. Paypal processes all of our orders and we must follow their rules.
What if you need a package sent somewhere other than your billing address such as work, school, or a family member?
First thing to do before placing an order is sign into your Paypal account. Select the "edit profile" link by your name. You will be taken to a page with many different options. Select "street address". From there you will be given an option to add a new address. Go through the steps and make sure not to select "add credit card" (unless you want to of course). Once it is saved locate it on your address list and select make home. Once you are sure its set to the correct address you may place your CocoaPink order.
This takes time to set up but once it is up and running it is easy to alternate between addresses. When using Paypal the current ship to address generally trumps anything written as a "shipping address". This is always a good idea when ordering from any online site to guarentee your package arrives at the correct place.
Note:We are not responsible for misdirected packages or the unexpected change of job or address. We will do whatever we can to help your package make it to you but keep in mind it may involve paying for it to be shipped again at your expense. It is not that we do not wish to be helpful it is just that Paypal has strict policies and they process all transactions, credit card or paypal. Our hands are tied.

LOLITAS
Loltias are coming!! August 08 will bring the release of our highly anticipated Lolita Sets and coordinating products! The Lolita sets will consist of four Lolita girls, and al la carte items that will be sold alongside the sets. .
NEW SCENTS & SCENT LISTS
Cocoapink is happy to announce that over the next few months, we will be manufacturing our own custom scents for our products. The scents will be formulated with the highest quality aromatics, made according to IFRA and FDA guidelines, Phthalate Free and free of petroleum based or toxic compounds. The change is part of our ongoing plans to make our products and formulas as safe and free from harmful ingredients as possible.
Scent list - we will be getting a scent list up for you in the very near future - it will conatin a master list of scents that are currently in listed products and will be updates as new products are added.
FRAGRANCE FREE ALTERNATIVES
We are happy to offer fragrance free unscented versions of most of our products, including our new fragrance free sugar scrub that contains no artificial fragrance, only the incredibly yummy natural scent of cocoa butter and brown sugar. We plan on expanding out fragrance free line to accommodate fragrance sensitivities.
NEW SHOP
We have just relocating to our first commercial space. We will be undergoing many improvements to help us adjust to our growth and expansion. Our goal is to create a fun and pleasing shopping experience for our customers. Making our customers happy is always the #1 goal at CocoaPink. Important Announcement about Shine Sweetie and Chlorine: Please DO NOT use Shine Sweetie after hair has been in contact with the swimming pool or any chlorine unless first washing with a chlorine neutralizing shampoo. The chlorine will render the conditioner totally useless. A good remedy is our new Fishy Poo - a shampoo that neutralizes chlorine. Please request a free sample.

My name is Dani and I am currently helping Ilona answer emails and update the news section so she can devote as much time as humanly possible to making her wonderful goodies.
