Over TAT

We would like to update you on your pending order. Unfortunately due to a host of issues, mainly our venders supply, we are likely unable to stay within our posted turn-around time. At the present time we are not sure just how much we will go over, but we are estimating perhaps one to two weeks. Since opening back up for our Spring and Summer catalog we have been inundated with orders and have run out of most of our bottles and sprayers. We have since been able to procure some to complete the orders, but now we just need to get them bottled.

We want you to know we are doing everything in our power to get orders out as quickly as possible, including hiring additional employees to assist us with the backlog. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  I would also like to add, not everyone in this order range will go over TAT, but I just want to include you just in case.
